Thank you for visiting and shopping at Sunny Diy! All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order ships.

Regular shipping takes around 6-10 working days, while UPS shipping takes around 3–7 working days.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your shipment. Please allow 48 hours for tracking data to activate.

If you have not received your order within 15 days after getting your shipping confirmation email, please contact our support via WhatsApp: +8619025735081 with your name and order number, and we will assist you.
